Why Our Two Organisations?
datocracy AI exists to ensure that AI and frontier technological advancements do not leave governments, social impact organisations, and small businesses in Low- and Middle-Income contexts behind. Its core belief is uncompromising - AI systems must involve the people who procure, curate, deploy, govern, use, and interpret them, and those people must be critically equipped to do so. Through intensive, hands-on workshops grounded in evidence-based teaching, The Carpentries has built one of the world’s most vibrant, inclusive communities of learners and peer Instructors that are highly skilled, open and collaborative.
