Two Pages of Evidence

Andreas Stefik and his colleagues have written a two-page summary of what we actually know about usability and programming language design. There aren’t nearly as many results yet as we want or need, but what the people working in the field have shown is that we actually can answer these questions scientifically, and that answering them correctly actually does have an impact.
